I got an interview at UCLA health for a medical assistant position. The lady took copies of my cpr/ phlebotomy and even told me to send her my medical assistant certificate . Does it mean I will be hire for UCLA health? Or is it protocol to do for every interview? Comment if you have had the same experience thank you

the interview process is to walk in tell them about yourself. and give them a reason to hire you. and describe your experience working in a team environment. there is basically the whole process during an interview.
