It was a panel review with about 5-6 people and everyone asked questions. It was comprised of fellow assistants, doctors and directors. After passing the panel review, there was individual reviews with each person I was working for and the directly in charge of the my position. They were all very responsive during the interview and contacted me in a timely fashion between interviews to let me know how I did and what would happen next.
