Nice interview telling how great company is doing while promising room to grow in company. Telling that they are under PIKE and how good PIKE benefits are such as 401K, medical plan, 2 weeks paid vacation at start but than low ball you with a salary of $12/hr. to start for me and $9/hr. to start for another worker who was just out of college promising raises and a good career but in reality they didn't pull through with what they said and lied to employees about what other employee are making when asking for a raise and lying to employee at time of review telling them they are not doing good when they are doing excellent for the company and generating a lot of business. And telling employees they can't give a raise when they could.

Entretien
Interviewer was very detailed and accomplished. Many positives were explained as well as some negatives so it was refreshing to hear both sides and feel comfortable with what the job was all about.

Entretien
Manager did all the talking. Was telling how great the company was etc. etc. and that they were part of an Electric Company etc. ect. and how they had a good benefit package which the medical was not that great after I got it. Promised low salary with many raises after start. But after getting a %100 quality score I asked for a raise and the manager tried to tell me I was not performing good enough and that he had to get it approved and they might not approve it and that they don't have money etc. etc.. Well after pulling tooth and nail I finally got the raise and a week later after the company got the contract in Florida the manager states they are opening two plant in Florida . One in Miami the other in Fort Lauderdale and were hiring all these employees. It is like where did the money come from all of a sudden? And what about the people including me with the 100 % quality score who got them there. I just feel lied to and cheated by this company and would not recommend anyone working for them.
