I had to apply on their website, heard back from a graduate student after 2 weeks for an interview. Had one round of interview, and filled out another form as to why I wanted to join the position.

Phone interview, than in person interview. It was very relaxed and open. The people were very nice and cordial. Mostly they just asked about my past experience, then asked if I would like to do the job they described. It is important to be truthful with yourself for a job like this, because in 6 months you will hate it if you don't like the job to begin with.
