Entretien
Phone interview. I applied to be work at the silo peets. Talked to the manager and the whole process was about 20 minutes. Pretty general questions and was easy and quick. The manager was really nice and easy. Did not feel nervous at all.
The interview was of 2 rounds. First round was on call to assess my fit for the role and team. I advanced to second round which was more challenging as it required me to deep dive into my approach for tackling tasks (related to the actual work I will be doing)

Interview process was easy. Applied a few months before, before they reached out. Asked about previous relevant experiences. Reached out to me a few months after applied. Started a couple weeks after interview.

It was good very good people and lots of enthusiasm in the office. I like the questions asked such as below and it put me on top my heels. I like to get challenging questions and I think I answer well
