Once these have been passed you are interviewed by somebody from HR who wishes to understand what you are looking for, why you're leaving your current role, and what kind of salary you want. After that you meet the team lead, who asks you more about what current projects you are working on, and more techinical questions.
After this, you meet members of the existing team who are most likely to work with. If you get to this stage, you can basically expect an answer in due course if you get on with the existing team.
