3 phone interviews, tho i only expected two.
First with Head of Compliance, second with HR recruiter and third with two Compliance officers.
All three interview were very relaxed and nice. They asked overall questions about my behavior in specific situation, Excell skills, my future plans.
They are very polite and nice, too bad they choose another candidate. I applied for Switzerland as an EU citizen from non EU country.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years. Why compliance, why UBS, Excel skills, general competency based questions
They went through my CV and asked questions about technologies used. The interview was an hour long. Also asked about my stengths and weaknesses as well as personal qualities. Overall they were very friendly and welcoming.

Hatte ein HireVue interview. Dabei gibt es 7 Fragen für die man sich jeweils 2 Minuten vorbereiten kann und dann 2 Minuten zum beantworten. Habe dies bekommen nachdem ich mein CV und Motivationsschreiben eingereicht habe.
