Very relaxed interview with analyst and associate from IBD team.
Conversational style with questions focused on motivations, experience and achievements.
Slight pitch at the end, explaining the bank's position as market leader and awesome culture.
Great human resources reps - very organised and positive.

Explain to me your greatest achievement.
Tell me about something happening in the news other than the Greece saga or anything related to Chinese markets.
The process consisted of a Hirevue type interview, then superday with mix of standard technicals with more senior members of the team, had to discuss company / news I found interesting

Standard technical questions, behavioral with more senior bankers
Applied and got an email for a HireVue. They gave 7 days to complete it. It was very straightforward and easy. Just like other HireVues and not too many questions. Not the hardest questions in the world but not the easiest. Just an average experience.

Standard technical questions, tell me about yourself, where you see yourself in 5 years, pitch a stock, walk through a deal you’ve done, time to ask them questions. Some of the ppl can obviously look checked out so don’t take it personally.
