J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez UBS (Washington, DC) en août 2009

I was given the opportunity to interview for this position in DC as I had worked in the Boston office as an intern the summer before. I first had an initial phone interview which was pretty standard, focused more on general questions and job experience. A few days later I was contacted and invited to come to DC to for an in person interview. The in person interview consisted of two phases. I was interviewed by one of the Advisors and then interviewed by HR. This interview was much harder than the phone interview. There was a lot of situational questions and a lot of market data questions. Know all current relevant data. Some questions were very difficult and I think were more to see how I reacted and responded then for the actual "correctness" of the response. Then a few days later I was called and offered a position. Which then involved passing a drug test and background check.
Applied for the role of client advisor and received a culture match assessment. Culture match asks realistic questions relating work scenarios to get a better understanding of one would manage a situation / handle stress

Question 1
You opened your emails in the morning and there were several competing commitments. How would you prioritize?
2 interviews, pretty simple, didn't prepare too much but ultimately was just looking to make sure that I was the person who I said I was on my resume. Overall a great and quick experience and didn't ask too many curveball questions

One phone interview with HR and one with the entire team on the line. Then I met with them in person. I had a great experience working there and would recommend it. Great atmosphere and you learn a lot about the business. Very professional.
