Had an online interview with a director and the lead of the team
I had applied on their website and received a call from the HR who asked me a few questions regarding what i knew about risk control and management.
He then arranged an online interview for me the next day

Skype interview, asked about my background, academic knowledge. Made projects especially in financial area...
Interview started by introduction of my bachelor and master studies, my work experience and projects in econometrics
Online, questions were the generic 'describe a difficult decision in work' type. 7 questions of these kind, testing background and general personality. Not yet heard back but will keep updated.
