I was invited to a video interview the day after I submitted my online application. The interview was quite general, mostly fit questions and how well you understand the field you are applying for

What are difficulties you can come across in a M&A deal?
Fairly short interview with standard questions centering around how you work as a person and experience you may have had in roles that would give you skills beneficial to the company.
I Applied online in October. Submit online form and CV (no cover letter needed) then hirevue video interview (7-8 questions, 2 minutes for each question and no second chance)
