Pretty Straight Forward, Clear goals so no wondering around, a bit tricky in technical skill tests. Critical decision making questions were asked, so judging whether the candidate can take initiative or not.

Interview process consist of 3 stages:
1. Initial screening interview - general introduction and screening questions
2. Case study - case study to be completed on which questions are asked
3. Final interview with line manager/management - more about the role and culture
