I was passed along from an alumna in wealth management to the securities group. Had 3 different phone interviews, which were mostly behavioral/basic market information. Then went in for a superday where I met with 4 different people. Random collection of people, HR, salestraders etc. Overall pretty easy interview. Nothing too technical, needed to show market knowledge, desire, and ability to work with others.
