Interview is pretty laid back. Mostly just want to know about your financial experience and any previous jobs you may have had. You start with a phone interview and from there they set up a office interview.

Two groups of two interviewers. Each group was about 45 minutes long. The interviewers were very friendly and approachable people. I had an initial phone conversation to go over the broad details of the position. With in a few days I was contacted by email to confirm the in person portion of the interview. Overall an organized and good experience.
