I applied through the Senate Jobs Board. Phone interview first then I met with both so 2 interviews total. I met with Administrative Director then Legislative Director and Chief of Staff.A one on one interview with the Administrative Director then a 2-1 interview which was a bit more intimidating.

One virtual interview with three staffers. This was a very easy flowing conversation. This interview was followed by a couple phone calls with the chief of staff regarding the position, offer and salary.

Back and fourth emails, had a brief phone call with a staff member then a 30 minute zoom call with a deputy chief of staff, then was required to do a writing test.

Entretien
Two rounds of interviews within the same week. Questions included the basics and then were specific to Senator, State, and their office. Pretty simple and typical process. While interviews were in quick succession, hearing back was over a week.
