The hiring process for me was fairly simple, but I was one of the first two reps to be hired on with the company. They wanted contacts and relationships in the Urology arena in Indiana and I had them so that was a big plus. I had one interview with the hiring manager at a restaurant, it was more of a conversation than an interview. He wanted to see if we would work well together and that I had the contacts I said I did. The interview went well and I got the job offer the next day!
