I had a phone interview with a handful of managers and employees. It was fairly unstructured/informal. I was not asked that many questions and there was lots of time to ask questions. Everyone was very nice and seemed interested in my research experience, particularly in how I thought through the research design process.

Single interview with 3 people. Asked standard questions about data analysis, logical reasoning, and leadership experience. The people were nice and friendly. I think the hard part is getting the interview, but at that point it seems like they have already decided that they want you.
