VERY PAINFUL PROCESS! It took well over 3 months with 4 rounds of interview sessions. Finally got an offer verbally with sallary package and joining date but none in the writing ( formally). As a process, followed up with them several times asking for a formal offer letter. 10 days later HR called and said " They would like to interview 1 more round..." I accepted this challenge and went for another round of interview. It was not necessary at all. Same set of people asked same set of questions. It went for another 2 hours. I aced it! After several follow ups, a week later HR called and said - " This position is on hold indefinitely. The management doesn't know who this role going to report to." Hence no offer letter. Between the VERBAL offer and NO offer there was about 10 days of gap, in the mean time I declined 2 other (contract) offers I had. This was a bummer!
