Phone screening with HR recruiter then. HR sends into to hiring manager. Then the hiring manager will decide to bring you in for an interview (in person or zoom). After the interview you hear back in about a week

Interviewer was kind and respectful. The interview had the normal questions such as, "Tell me about yourself", "How do you handle criticism?", "Do you prefer to work in teams or independently?"

I was first contacted by HR for a screening, and then was setup for an interview with a manager, and then met with a Provider over Zoom. It's a 3 step process. USDP was very quick about setting me up for the next step upon passing each step.
