Entretien
Two interviews, Phone and in-person. The phone interview needs to sound very sales driven and show you have what it take to be apart of a winning team. Might be asked to sell something in your interview, they are looking for someone that will hustle but also have great customer service and not lie to a customer due to bank laws and regulations.
First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.

Why should we pick you over other candidates that are applying?
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
