First and foremost I'm glad that I didn't go through the hiring process and it ends right there in phone screening. Working with lame, unethical and unprofessional recruiters show you what kind of company you are going to work for. My interview after three times rescheduling simply because the recruiter didn't know how to work with MS team went on and finally the 30 minutes interview went for 12 minutes!! with very primitive questions without asking real questions. The recruiter was uncapable of making connections with me during interview and she was in hurry to end it! Two days after I received an email that I didn't select it!! :) :):) Advise to you : work with professional recruiters!!

HR recruits and asks behavioral questions in the 2nd step. Questions such as, "Describe a time when you as a mentor or leader didn't work out." If it goes well, HR recruiter will send emails (seems to be through a system rather than a personal email) but HR does leave you their direct email address if you have questions.
