Interview process has been smooth and personable. Role and responsibilities in that role were explained in great detail. Both interviewers were pleasant and seemed to truly enjoy their job. I would very much entertain any offers I were to receive from this bank.

people management scenarios including under achieving sales person, how to motivate someone, how would I reward someone and with what. Discussed marketing strategies, over view of US Bank and interviewer's vision...market presence goals....sales projections and goals.
