The initial HR call was great, as was the panel Webex that followed. However, I was rejected as a candidate without any explanation or feedback. This makes it difficult to determine whether it is my background, skills, personality, job fit, or other issue that I should focus on.

Recruiter was straightforward and asked questions based on the resume overall it was smooth and great experience. Supposed to be 30 min phone interview but ended less than 15 min. Was told i will get 2nd interview within 3 to 4 business days if i am selected for next interview.
