Phone screening, followed by an in-person 1 on 1 interview. This can be done by phone if circumstances warrant it. There is a panel interview after that, which I participated in. The questions were behavioral. Four panelists asked two questions each, over about 45 minutes. The panel included HR as well as the program managers at the district and regional level. This is done in Minneapolis, MN. The last step is a "Gallup" poll/survey. I did not do this with them.
