They reached out to me by phone, came in for interview, which was easy and the manager was super sweet, went and took fingerprints (no drug test) and received my job offer soon after. Through all that i probably started within 2-3 weeks .

She ask me a bunch of question relate to experiences and personalities. Then I ask the best I can. I also ask her questions about the company. Afterwards she gave me a tour around the floor.
