First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.

Entretien
Filled out application online, went in for 1 on 1 interview, then a phone interview with HR (who was in Iowa) and was offered position. The process did take a couple of weeks. Even if you are recommended by a current employee, you still have to apply online. They do not accept applications in the branch. i would say that my process was smooth though I wish it had gone quicker. It's never fun to wait for an answer.

Standard questions, I have since learned that they use a standard form to go by.There were no curve bals.
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
