The Phone interview went great with the recruiter. She was absolutely impress with my resume and experience, However the Recruiter was very unorganized and did not follow up well at. She said that she move me to the next step of receiving a group/panel interview. That took about 3 weeks. She called to give me a date on when the Group interview would occur and that she would email me the details. She never emailed me the details and I had to contact her numerous times before finally getting a text message confirmation on the details. After the Group interview they told me they would let me know the results within two weeks. I never recieved a call or email for a decline. Very unprofessional. I was really dissapointed in the entire process.
