Reading interview questions from a packet. The branch manager and assistant manager both asked questions. They were very accommodating offering me tea or coffee. They were helpful in meeting me earlier than their scheduled time because I still had to go to work

The process was very clear. Contacted by phone first, followed by 2 interview during 45 min each. They were very clear about the process the job and the responsibilities.
