Someone from the company found me on LinkedIn and reached out about a new role the company had created. It was right in line with my experience, so we started the process. I did 5 interviews and a presentation to a panel. Then heard nothing for a week, only to have them reach out finally and say they went a different direction. When asked for specific feedback, they had nothing,

The process consisted of four interviews: 3 fit interviews and 1 business case
Business case was sent in advance to prepare it (1 week), and then presented during the interview
Interviewers included your future +1, team, HR and other stakeholders

- Why Typeform? (interest, motivations)
- Evaluate a series of inputs (charts, data tables) to draw market and strategy conclusions
- How to deal with specific team situations (e.g. conflicts, rewarding, etc.)
- Questions about management styles
