I sent my resume and promptly received an email asking to schedule an interview. I spoke to someone from HR, who was very kind, and she asked me to do two tests for two different positions. After sending the test, I never received an email again, not even to say that I didn't pass or to thank me for my time. I sent an email asking if the test had been received, and they simply ghosted me. I understand that HR is busy, but it doesn't hurt to reply to someone who took time out of their day to take a test, giving some updates. I missed a little more professionalism from a company that I used to appreciate.
