Started with a brief phone interview with HR recruiter about experience and knowledge around the industry. That went went well and was asked for a video/phone interview with hiring managers about a week later. This portion was very fluid, relaxed and straight to the point. I got the sense they really liked me and my experience. At the end of the call the asked when I could start and if I could perform what they called a "teach back" around a subject I was not familiar with in 3 days and had 15 minutes of presentation time. As soon as I got off the cal I received an email requesting background consent signatures and references which they called by the time the day of presentation called. I did as much research as I could and put together a decent PowerPoint presentation. I will admit my nerves got to me towards end of the presentation but I thought overall it went well considering 72 hours prior I knew nothing of the topic. 2 days later I received and email another candidate was selected for the role.

You'll experience a Round Robin style interview with 3-4 members of the leadership team. You will be asked various questions to determine if you are a good fit for the role.

Was hard, asked a lot of questions that didn't exactly match the job description. They definitely exaggerated and downplayed some stuff. HR person was friendly, but the process is supposedly like 3 interviews. Made me kinda depressed and hopeless cause I'm tryna leave a horrible job.

There is a three-step interview process, with the final one being a presentation. They make you feel like you have a shot at getting a job. However, I never heard back. I was "ghosted" despite having the qualifications. Looking at previous interview experiences posted by others, it looks like this is becoming the norm with this company.
