Entretien
The interview was about about half an hour. During the interview my interviewer handed me a form with 5 questions which I had to answer verbally. My interviewer went through those question and made a note of how I answered. My interviewer took me around the construction and maintenance department to meet with other employees to find out my communication skills.

Simple, basic questions. It was one interview and the process was easy. However they did contact me close to the summer so do not expect to hear back until late April or May.

What are some of the projects you worked on in school?
One interview with the director of my division. They asked simple interview questions about previous work experiences, school experiences, and situational questions. They got back to me within a week after the interview with an offer.

Describe a challenge you have faced in previous work or school?
The interview questions were very situational. Not much of "Tell me about yourself."Like what would you do in this type of situation? If you use your common sense, then you will do just fine.
