I had two phone interviews and then Twitch flew me out the HQs to have four more interviews. Upon arrival, I was given a brief tour of the facilities before my two first meetings. Following lunch with my hiring manager, I had two more interviews. One of my meetings was postponed until the next morning which was fine with me because Twitch was kind enough to let me stay and explore the area in the first place.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Can you give me a time when you experimented before proceeding to act on your intended goal?
5 rounds, not so much technical questions just mostly "tell me about a time" type of questions. I would have thought they'd dive deeper into technical questions but only basic questions.
Overall the process as a whole was pretty similar to other tech companies.

First stage was a screening interview with a recruiter who was professional and great to chat to. Was contacted a few days later with a follow up second stage interview, this time with my prospective manager for the team. This interview was also professional and courteous and I felt that it was very productive as it went over the role, the expectations for the role (travel, expertise, etc) and allowed me the chance to ask questions. A week later, I was asked if I could attend an on site interview loop at their San Francisco office, this would include paid flights and a hotel stay. Unfortunately I had to decline as I was already on holiday in the UK but was able to compromise with an interview here instead. This loop lasted around five hours and was with five different people from various teams in the org I was applying to join. The questions varied from datacenter engineering to network and sysadmin ones. They were all challenging and really pushed me in the right way to respond by digging deep to see how much I knew! 24 hours after that I received an offer which I accepted!
