Just had a quick interview with store manager when I dropped off application. Seems like they look for retail experience and how much you know about alcohol (esp wine). Took them only a day or two to call me back about the job.

Short conversation with regional manager and on-site lead. They really just want to know why you are interested in working there. For example, I mentioned my interest in making cocktails and different spirits.
