Entretien
Positive process, really lovely team and thorough interview process. There were three rounds in total and all with senior stakeholders, gave you a very good idea of the business. Overall a good experience.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time you remedied a problem. What did you learn?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Twilio (Chicago, IL) en avr. 2022
Entretien
This was a horrendous process. Twilio's been a target company for me, but there's NO amount of money you could pay me to work for this company now.
1: Call with the recruiter. She was disinterested and distracted, sounded like she was out walking her dog. But, she got me scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager right away.
2: Hiring manager. Very businesslike from the start, almost like she was annoyed that she had to talk to me? She wasn't one for pleasantries. She started in, and then stopped and asked ME if something was wrong, as if I didn't appear enthusiastic enough for her - I was just taking my cue from her and curtailing my excitement. Still, we ended up on the same page in terms of the position itself, and told me she was moving me forward in the process.
3. Bar raiser. She was excellent. I was hesitant after that first interview, but the bar raiser drew me back in.
4. Another HR leader. Rude and obnoxious. Don't these people believe in setting a good tone for a discussion?
5. A leader from the business that this position would be supporting. She was great. I liked her a lot. Good conversation.
6. Another HR leader. Not rude, but seemed distracted and bored.
7. Another business leader. Rude and distracted. I felt like I had to overcompensate with enthusiasm because he just was NOT into it.
8. Recruiter again, called to decline me for the role. Thank goodness. Again, sounded like she was out walking her dog.
Had I received an offer, I would not have accepted. The HR team is rude and impersonable, and I wouldn't want to work with them. I would recommend offering them some training on how to interview effectively. Thankful that I can cross this company off my list.
