Overall a hugely positive experience , A little daunting at first as there were 5 x 45 min interviews, I got into the swing of things quickly though . The recruiter and interviewing team could not have been more helpful and I really enjoyed meeting with everyone.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Q: The questions were mostly behavioural and scenario based . "Tell me of a time when X happened or you did this" I believe the interviews are dependent on the role
set of 30min calls with HM and peer managers, amicable discussions with friendly people. Overall enjoyable there was nothing complicated about the topics discussed. Didnt have an opportunity to have technical discussions.

Was referred by a current employee and routed to the recruiter responsible for that specific role. I am a mid level manager at a FAANG so I think both helped get me on track for a quick interview.
Met the senior recruiter in an initial screen. Didn't do a ton of talking, most of the interview time was spent going over the company itself and it's progress over the years. I was able to get a few words in about my experience using the Twilio API on a few projects back when they were getting started which seemed to go over well. Recruiter asked me if a certain salary range would be doable, I agreed and received a follow up after the interview to schedule a screen with the hiring manager.
Showed up for a screen with the hiring manager and it was another manager with whom I'd be working. Nice fellow, spent the first few minutes talking about his past experiences and his current role. He asked mostly softball management questions, "tell me about a time you failed to deliver / managed a conflict / had trouble explaining something" etc. Got the sense he was trying to move through as many questions as possible. Didn't leave time at the end for me to ask questions so I asked if he had a few extra minutes to stay and he graciously said he could stay on for exactly one minute 😂.
After the interview I sent a nice note thanking the recruiter for his time and letting them know that I was looking forward to continuing the conversation.
The recruiter passed my note on to the team.
Never heard from them again.
