J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Twilio

Good, everyone is enthusiastic, like it's not an interview but discuss and work out a solution together, the best interview experience that ever have. And it gives me a feeling that the company values engineers and engineering team

Had a hackerrank coding assessment round of 90 mins and had 2 coding questions to be solved. All the test cases had to be solved inorder to get selected. This was the first interview round and few were shortlisted.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Twilio (Hyderâbâd) en sept. 2021
Entretien
There were 3 rounds of interview and almost all of them had the same pattern. Felt like interviewer came with question paper and lacked the creativity to make the interview more interesting. But not to get distracted with my above statement, overall the question paper was good enough to validate the candidate.
Round 1:
Interviewer asked to write the code for a medium level algorithm problem. They are very much concerned about the working code rather than the thought process that goes behind it. If you are on double screen then you can easily copy paste the solution without bothering to explain it.
Round 2:
It was more of a behaviour round. Again the interviewer was just bothered about filling the sheet and kill the time. Even though my very first answer incidentally covered the solutions for rest of his 7-8 questions he insisted me to keep thinking of new answers every time. Eventually when I tried to divert the discussion to important points he pulled back to filling the sheet. Eventually there were more than 5 overlaps of the similar situations which were already answered
Round 3:
It was supposed to be technical + behavioural with EM. Again some easy to medium level coding questions and as usual behavioural questions were asked. This round was more focused on the code quality.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Round 1: Medium level algorithm question
Round 2: How do you handle conflicts in team, how do you handle manage sprints, etc.
Round 3: Focus on coding style based on different scenarios
