The interview and Technical panel is really Good.
You can expect decent design problem including distributed systems and LC medium problem-Solving.
Horrible experience with their India recruiter.
Very rude on call and no interest in how the candidate is.
HR talks as if they are giving the salary from their pocket and it's their company.
Hire better recruiters. So, you don't lose good candidates who want to join.

Was a many steps process, started from HR and ended with several rounds with potential managers and team. Long time distribution with several immediate re-scheduling (one interview was cancelled in early morning, time was specially agreed in advance). Sometime were weeks to wait for response.

Waste of time, made an interview with a guy with fewer skills than me, I saw him lazy, not interested and not qualified to interview people like me. This is the kind of management they have in this company? Stay away and don't waste your time with them

Twilio I would have loved to work at but sad I had one of the worst interview experiences.
First interview with a recruiter, a second interview with the hiring manager, and then a virtual onsite. Initially, I was told I will speak with 4 people, and I made out time to do this interview. It was scheduled across multiple days due to the timezone differences.
After the 4th virtual onsite, the recruiter sent me a message that there were 2 additional interviews. I asked recruiter to at least let me know if the already completed interviews are positive. The recruiter ghosted me and never responds to my messages again and that was how my hope of working for Twilio ended. How do I apply to work for this company again after an experience like this?
