Interviews were good length and most questions were good. Though, there were some of the standard "Where do you see yourself in five years?" type of questions. Had two interviews, each with a different department. Interviewers seems to legitimately care about their jobs, the company, the people, and the work they were involved with. Both interviews were with groups of personable people in a relaxed setting. After second interview I got the feeling they were "just looking" rather than seriously searching for new hires.

1) 1 hour interview asking questions related to work ethic an personality. Followed by dynamic generic question of how you work in teams. This in addition to asking what thing will be like for you in the next 5 years.
