Very simple process: I had a series of phone interviews with management discussing my experience with tutoring and had one meeting with one of their academic managers and had a mock tutoring session.

The scenario was that the academic manager was a student having trouble in Calculus II with integration and solids of revolutions and I had to explain the concepts and help him with homework problems.
