I reviewed the information they give online, then set a time to take an online test. I finished a test online above certain credit, then there was a mock session like phone interview to pretend I was a tutor.

Pretty fast paced interview. Asked basic questions about their company philosophy and the GEMS of HDT Tutoring. Interviewer was very polite. Success in the interview can be very easily achieved as long as one prepares thoroughly before. Luckily, Tutor.com provide all the material one needs to review upon scheduling the interview.
