I received an email on how to schedule for an interview. I went in, scheduled my interview, and received a confirmation email. On the day of the interview I received an email 4 hours before my interview notifying me that it had been cancelled and was sent possible dates/times to reschedule. I rescheduled for my interview and on the date of the interview received another email stating that my interview was cancelled and that they decided to go with another candidate at this time. I have never experienced this before and think the whole process was a waste of time. The right thing to do would be to finish interviewing applicants before sending out rejection emails and cancelling an interview not once, but twice.

1 phone interview, followed by 2 video interviews. Nothing out of the ordinary really but I would be ready to talk about every position that is listed on your resume because they asked questions about my experience from over a decade ago.
