The interview process was simple. I emailed back and forth with the owner and scheduled an in-person interview. Met with the owner and reviewed qualifications and what I was looking for in a job. He gave me the history of the company and explained how he wanted to grow the company and what he was looking for. I then talked to the salesmen to get a feel on how we would interact with each other. Received offer within 2 days.
