First call was an introductory call with a recruiter. Mostly general interview questions and next steps will be with the local hiring office. Recruiter was very interested to see if the candidate had done company research beforehand.

Describe how you work within a cross-functional team — owners, architects, contractors.
The interview process was straightforward and professional. I first applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. The interview consisted of a conversation about my experience, previous projects, technical skills, and how I handle teamwork and deadlines. The interviewer was friendly and explained the responsibilities of the role clearly. The process was organized and overall the difficulty felt average.
