You basically get an email, and you answer a bunch of scenario-based questions- which is fine and all, but then when the actual follow-up phone interview came- no one actually followed through with it and there seemed to be a lot of "miscommunication" on when they were interviewing me and who was interviewing me. It happened not once, but twice. Suffice to say I passed.
