Very outdated, slow initial screening process for candidates.
Instead of wasting a candidates time to book a call for initial screening, why not just pick up the phone and call the candidate, or drop an email, to ask the candidate the basic screening questions?
I had to wait an entire week just to find out who the hiring company was .
And the hiring company wasn't great either, after reviewing their glassdoor reviews.
You are wasting the candidates time, by booking in meetings, which means the candidate has to wait for days in order to just get answers to your basic initial screening questions.
Also, kept asking me repetitive questions all framed differently, and specific technical questions relevant to my experience, which I found unusual, as recruiters do not often ask such technical questions.
The communication was quite rude and difficult as well, as I was being cut off mid-convo, as I was providing my responses to the technical and non-technical questions asked, relevant to my experience.
Avoid wasting your time with this external recruitment process
