They are just collecting CV. They always say there are open roles, that you will get interviewed until 4 weeks after finishing their tests and it takes months. They never call you back. Process too long, many online tests, took many hours to complete the profile. Payment below the market average if you live in LATAM, Portugal and Spain. They pay the double to US and when you say the expectation according to Glassdoor, they say it’s too high. They promote open roles every week on LinkedIn, but they never get in touch. Just farming CV.

Entretien
I passed quiz about swift, git, architecture. After that I was on a technical screen. I passed it. After that I was on an interview where Turing exams my English. Turing need min level of English is B2 for reading, writing, talking.
