Was contacted by an internal recruiter. Interviewed with branch and assistant branch managers at Memorial branch in Tulsa. Really laid back interview with down to Earth guys. Were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Their questions were more based on my resume than the traditional interview.

Multiple interviews with human resources manager then the branch managers for each branch hiring. Standard process of questions about yourself, goals and previous experiences. Friendly experience with well stated expectations. All done in person with phone calls just to schedule time. Everything was done at the main branch in same general location for each interview.
