I had joined the interview via a career fair that the company had posted on instagram. From there, I was interviewed about my skillset, what position I would look forward to more, and what hours I had to fit in my schedule.

It was a robotic phone interview first then the hiring manager will follow up to schedule an interview with the hiring manager from the unit you applied. It was a zoom meeting for me in 2021 with the nursing educator and unit manager. It lasted 30 mins
