Came back to meet the manager and was offered the position

The questions were all typical and seemed more of a gauge of hard skills/credentials to do the job. If the warehouse foreman likes you, you will get the job most likely.

Entretien
I came in for an interview and talked to the District manager and the operations manager. They were both easy to talk to and get along with. they told me right away that they hadn't given raises in a few years and weren't sure when they would be able to again. it was a pretty simple interview. they offered me the job on the spot after a little pay negotiation. i accepted and they sent me to get a physical and drug tested.
